So when I started this blog, I mentioned by name one weightloss blog that inspired me a young reader-dieter--SkinnyKat. I don't know where you were circa 2003 but I was reading SkinnyKat, enthralled by her rapturous meditations on cheese, on her successes and failures. Kat, to my mind, pioneered a lot of the weightloss blogvoice that is now ubiquitous online, along with some other greats like Bitchypoo and Lose The Buddha. I never left a single comment for Kat; I just enjoyed her writing and felt a real loss when she disappeared but I hoped that she was healthy, happy and writing in some other way.
Well...The Kat is back and she's appeared on as my first commentor.
